The entire verification process takes about 3-5 business days, if there are no discrepancies between the information in your application and information found in credit bureau databases. Once your account has been approved, please keep an eye out for an approval email from our credit department. If there are any discrepancies, the credit department will contact you at the email address assigned to your account.
As you can understand the importance of proper verification and consistency of information for reporting purposes, it is of the utmost importance to us to ensure we protect your information and that we report the correct information to the business credit bureaus.

Creative Analytics now offers 3 different types of business credit accounts:

Annual Purchasing Charge Account

Our Annual Purchasing Charge account bills you on a monthly/~30-day revolving basis much like no-interest charge cards which issue a billing statement for all transactions made within the statement period. All transactions made during a monthly statement period are due by your statement closing date, which can be found in your My Account area.

Additionally, Charge account invoicing terms and payment instructions can be found on all printed invoices packed with order shipments and on all emailed order confirmations sent instantly upon placing your order.

Founders Circle Monthly Membership

Set it and forget it with this account! You are auto-billed monthly or bi-annually — depending on the membership plan terms you choose — on the card you used at signup.

Pay by Invoice Account

Pay in full for contracted digital marketing or management consulting services with us on NET30 invoice payment terms.

For our annual purchasing charge accounts, we sell physical products, information products, and digital marketing services in our store. Any products or services not available for purchase directly from the store, are not eligible for reporting for charge accountholders.

Our physical products include hundreds of products across a variety of categories, such as beauty products, car and trucking accessories, mobile accessories, desk decor, personal protective equipment (PPE), health and fitness products, home improvement products, and more. We regularly add new products and generally select inventory aligned with our customers needs and most common industries of our membership. Membership is not required to view the products and services available in our store.

Founders Circle Monthly Membership

Members get access to all the support, networking, content, tools, tips, and templates needed to grow businesses online.

Pay by Invoice Account

Our full suite of services are available for purchase with this account, but no physical products are available for this account. Here are some of our services available for this account:

  • Social media
  • Content marketing & copywriting
  • Email marketing
  • Digital & social media advertising
  • Search Engine Optimization
  • Business & digital strategy

We are unable to accept payment over the phone for the privacy and confidentiality of our customers and protection from liability.

Any web visitor can view products in the Annual Purchasing Charge Account store, but most products require an approved account to purchase. There may be products in the future that are available for purchase by non-members in the store.

Upon approval, you will receive an approval email with next steps to the email address assigned to your account.

You can purchase digital services directly from the store by selecting the product from the Digital Services category.

Once you receive your approval email, you want to make a minimum total purchase of $100 for the first reporting. Any application fees paid are included towards your initial minimum purchase with your charge account.

Requirements

To be eligible for our Business Accounts, your organization must satisfy the following requirements:

  • Operate as a domestic incorporated entity within the United States.
  • Possess a Federal EIN (IRS-issued Tax ID #) 
  • Have been established for at least 30 days.
  • Hold an up-to-date state of incorporation registration with a verifiable phone number.
  • Have no derogatory business reporting or delinquencies.
  • The applicant must be an Authorized Officer of the organization.

No personal guarantee is required, and your personal credit score will remain unaffected. This is solely intended to aid you in establishing your business credit.

The verification process typically takes around 3-5 business days, provided that there are no inconsistencies between the information provided in your application and the data in credit bureau databases. Upon approval of your account, you will receive an email from our credit department notifying you of the same. In case any discrepancies are detected, our credit department will contact you through the email address registered to your account.

We understand the significance of accurate verification and consistent information for reporting purposes. Therefore, it is our top priority to safeguard your information and ensure that we report precise information to the business credit bureaus.

We provide reports to both Experian and Equifax.

This account is designed for your convenience – simply set it up and let it take care of the rest. Depending on the membership plan you choose, you will be automatically billed on a monthly or quarterly basis, using the card you provided during signup

We accept all major credit/debit cards, checks, and paypal.

You are not required to subscribe monthly. Please feel free to explore our plans and select the one that best suits your requirements.

You are not obligated to utilize the 4 hours per month bonus that we offer. If you decide to obtain an assistant at any point, please send us an email, and we will connect you with one.

Select a package you would like to upgrade to and choose “Net 30” under payment terms during checkout. You will receive an invoice by email, including the payment due date.

You can access your credit line once you have made three consecutive monthly payments. Afterward, you can utilize your line of credit to upgrade your virtual assistant account and work more closely with your Executive Assistant.
