Staff Management

Founder, CEO, and productivity maven, Kendria Moore, brings 13+ years of both administrative & business expertise to her position at SAGE Executive Assistants.

Born in Orange County, CA, Kendria didn’t let a comfortable upbringing lull her into a false sense of security. Inspired by her parents, who were hard workers, she was determined to create a legacy for herself in business. She completed both a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Full Sail University and a Master’s Degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Before SAGE, Kendria has a long history of C-Suite Executive Assistant experience. Being the virtual executive assistant to a CEO in a major technology company for 6+ years has allowed her to hone her project management, board communication, presentation, customer relationship, financing, and administrative skills.

Away from work, Kendria is herself a talented singer and has performed for the mayor of Mission Viejo county. She loves to read, sing, and spend time with her family and her miniature poodle, Expresso. She also dabbles in real estate and is an aspiring real estate investor.

GiGi Sheppard, Chief of Staff, Business Coach, and Certified Meeting Professional has over two decades of experience in a plethora of industries including the non-profit sector, media, public relations, marketing, technology, sales, event planning, real estate, and marketing.

Prior to SAGE Executive Assistants, GiGi has helped numerous organizations in multiple roles, including Public Relations for The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, Event Assistance for the NBA Players’ Association,  Industry Relations Manager for The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College, Staffing Director for ICE Hospitality Staffing, LLC and Starr Meetings & Events, and Travel Agent for World Travel Holdings, LLC.

In 2012 GiGi found out she was expecting the unexpected, a baby with Trisomy 21 (Down Syndrome). With elation, she welcomed her baby boy in January of 2013. Facing obstacles with childcare for her son and batting the work schedule of corporate America, she decided to start this service, designed to empower other parents and caregivers of special needs children as a way to make a successful living and provide a great work-life balance.

In addition to the SAGE duo, Sheppard is the founder of Noah’s Buddy Box, a subscription service for special needs children, set to launch by the end of 2022.

GiGi currently lives in Central Florida with her family.
